Policies for clients
Payment is due in full prior to, or at the time of the first visit.
Holiday bookings require 50% of the total fee to guarantee a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid prior to, or at the time of the first visit.
Holiday openings fill up quickly. We understand that last minute things come up and trips get cancelled. If you have previously reserved a holiday, and paid your deposit, (50%), you will receive a full refund IF you notify All About Paws PRIOR to 24 hours of the first scheduled sit. Any cancellations that are not made WITHIN 24 hours of the first sit will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00.
A 24 hour notice is required for a full refund. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in being billed for 50% of the fee for the booked service.
We accept cash or checks. Make checks payable to All About Paws. There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check.
First time clients are requested to provide 2 working keys at the consultation. Keys are coded and when not in use, stored in a lockbox. No identifying information is kept with the keys. There is no charge for us to keep your key on file. First time clients can choose to have their key returned at no charge. Any future trips to pick up/return keys for additional services will result in a $10.00 charge per trip. You may also opt to pick up and/or drop off your keys to All About Paws at no charge.
